BRASSERIE ULTIMO

At Brasserie Ultimo it is all about enjoying yourself. Good food, beautiful wines and a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you feel like a full evening of dining or simply join us for a main course, you are always welcome in our brasserie overlooking the River Waal.

We serve a classic three course menu, a chef’s tasting menu, or individual dishes for those who prefer a shorter dinner. With more than 60 wines by the glass, there is always a perfect match.

Join us for drinks with tasty bites, a dinner with friends, or an evening with colleagues. We cook fresh and with care. Do you have dietary requirements or allergies? Let us know, we are happy to accommodate.

Open Monday through Sunday from 5.30 pm.

From Monday to Sunday, you can enjoy a three course choice menu at Ultimo for just €37.50 per person.

We love sharing our passion for wine with you. With more than 60 wines available by the glass, there is plenty to explore. We know all the ins and outs of our wines and are always happy to tell you more, so there is lots to taste.

Oh, and we do not serve French wines. Everyone else already does 😊.
