Owner and chef Pepijn Hoebink welcomes you to Ultimo. Pepijn has traveled all over the world in search of inspiration, and he is now happy to let you taste the result in his own restaurant in Nijmegen: Ultimo! An unpretentious restaurant and wine bar, simply delicious food with fantastic wines.
With us you can taste barbecue specialties from Australia, light but complex Asian flavors, the homemade style from America and the classic European kitchens, all fused into one. We get 80 percent of our products from the Netherlands, preferably from local growers and farmers and we listen to what the season has to offer us.
We like to cook with vegetables, but also enjoy a good piece of Dutch meat or fresh fish from the North Sea. Every week, one of the dishes on the menu changes so that you can always taste something new. We are extremely proud of our homemade charcuterie, a real passion of Pepijn.
